This policy explains what personal data the website monoengineering.com.ua collects through its enquiry form, why it is needed and how you can control it. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The Ukrainian version of this policy (politika.html) prevails in case of discrepancy.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors.
We need the data to respond to your enquiry: to clarify project details, prepare a commercial proposal and agree on cooperation. We do not use it for mailings and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
After you submit the form, the enquiry is passed through the website server (Cloudflare) to the Bureau's staff via the Telegram messenger. These services may process data on servers outside Ukraine. The website itself does not store enquiries.
We keep correspondence about an enquiry for as long as needed to respond and for possible cooperation, and for the periods required by law (for example, for contract documents). After that the data is deleted.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. In doing so, your browser sends Google technical request data, including your IP address.
